Quartz disks found in Mali with a likely date range from Neolithic times to 1,000 AD. They have the characteristic cone shaped holes resulting from the hand drilling methods used since Neolithic times in northern Africa.
Made with modern tiger eye and gold-filled beads, wire and ear wires.
